Children's Karate - Invest in Your Child
Little Ninja Program - Ages 3 to 4 1/2
Our Little Ninja program is designed for children not quite ready for our formal tots/juniors martial arts program.
The program teaches children the physical and learning skills that they will need to be successful in our formal program.
If your child is 4 1/2 and you are not sure
if your child is ready for our formal tots/juniors martial arts program,
we can do an evaluation in one of our formal classes and make a recommendation.

Little Ninja classes are held in our studio on the following days and times:
Class Schedule: Friday 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Tots and Juniors Program - Ages 4 to 13
Our tots/junior's karate program offers the very best in martial arts development for the young student.
Our program emphasizes teamwork, character development, self-esteem, and self-control along with
many other qualities that are so necessary and vital to a child's successful development.
The skills and motivation taught in our program will positively affect your child's schoolwork, sports
and all other aspects of his or her life.
Children have successfully started as young as 4 1/2 years old in our program.

Class Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30 PM / Friday 5:30 to 6:30 PM / Saturday 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
Alternative class times are available for parents who work late.

Tournament Competition - Sport Karate
We have a well developed and successful tournament training curriculum.
The academy's students have done very well competing on the regional and national circuit.
We offer training in fighting, forms, weapons and self-defense competition.
The academy boasts many first place winners in both regional and national competition.
Private lessons as well as group practice in all aspects of tournament competition are available at the academy.
Participation in tournament competition is on a strictly voluntary basis.

Family Classes - Quality Time
Family classes are an excellent way to spend quality time together.
They allow parents and their children to study the martial arts together.
These classes are very popular with our students and the academy offers generous family discounts.
Children and adults enrolled in family classes may also take respective children's and adult classes.
Family classes are held Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM at our Shrewsbury studio. Call 508-767-0977

Adult and Teen Classes
Adult and teen classes are an excellent way to develop your mind and body to its fullest potential, stay in shape and lose weight.
Classes are exciting, informative, a way to meet new friends, learn self-defense and relieve stress at the same time.
Our adult and teen self-defense training is one of the most effective systems that can be found anywhere.
These classes are very popular with women and teens. Classes are available for all skill levels from beginner to black belts.
Adult and Teen Class Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 to 7:30 PM and Saturday Noon to 1:00 PM
Adult Only Class Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 to 8:30 PM and Saturday Noon to 1:00 PM

Self-Defense Seminars
In addition to our regular programs that all teach and develop self-defense skills,
we also have self-defense seminars available.
Self-defense seminars can be held at an outside location of your choice or at one of our studios.
They are available for all audiences and can be tailored to meet specific needs.
