Aerobic kick-boxing is an excellent and fun fitness activity.
Classes consist of highly energetic calorie burning workouts, body sculpting with weights,
stretching and occasional self-defense instruction.
The classes are conducted with background music and are fun and enjoyable as well as being highly beneficial.
We have an excellent clientele of all ages, different physical levels and all walks of life.
Class times are Monday and Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
You may come in by yourself or with friends to try a free class.
